Support

BillyBill scans receipts, helps you review detected items, splits shared costs, and calculates suggested settlements. Your app data stays on your device unless you choose to copy, share, or export it.

Quick Checks

• If a scan is unclear, compare every name, amount, currency, and total with the original receipt before settling.
• If the camera does not open, check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → BillyBill.
• If a settlement is missing, review highlighted item assignments, payment amounts, and currencies.
• If a saved picture is wrong, remove that picture from the bill and scan or import it again.
• If you export a backup, keep the JSON file private because it can contain complete bill and receipt information.

Report A Problem

Open a support issue at github.com/drgprfct/BillyBill/issues. Include your BillyBill version, iOS version, device model, and the steps that caused the issue.

Do not post receipt images, participant names, raw OCR text, exported backups, payment details, or other private information in a public issue.
