D's fresh Habit Tracker

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Overview

D's fresh Habit Tracker ("Habit Tracker") is a tool for creating routines, recording entries, reviewing progress, scheduling reminders, and optionally writing supported values to Apple Health. By using Habit Tracker, you agree to use it responsibly and only where it is lawful for you to do so.

App Store License

Habit Tracker is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download and use of the app are also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom license is provided in App Store Connect.

Not Medical Advice Or Emergency Service

Habit Tracker is a self-management and journaling tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional medical advice. Do not use it to diagnose or treat a condition or to make an urgent health or safety decision.

Contact a qualified professional for medical questions. If you believe there is an emergency, contact local emergency services instead of relying on the app, its reminders, or its records.

Verify Values And Records

You are responsible for reviewing entries, units, dates, goals, schedules, and progress before relying on them. App calculations, summaries, streaks, milestones, and imported or entered values may be incomplete or wrong.

Apple Health integration is write-only and limited to supported body-mass, dietary-water, and dietary-caffeine values. Confirm the value and unit before authorizing a write, and verify the result in Apple Health. Health writes can fail, be delayed, or require permission. Deleting all Habit Tracker app data does not delete samples already written to Apple Health.

Reminders

Reminders are convenience prompts, not guaranteed alerts. Delivery can be affected by device state, notification permissions, Focus modes, operating-system behavior, time-zone changes, and other settings. Do not rely on Habit Tracker for medication timing, emergencies, safety-critical tasks, or any action where a missed or late reminder could cause harm.

Photos And References

Habit Tracker stores references to Photos items you select. A reference or thumbnail can become unavailable if the item is removed, access changes, iCloud content is unavailable, or Apple changes its services. Habit Tracker does not preserve an independent copy of the selected photo.

App Lock

App Lock is an in-app access gate that uses Apple device-owner authentication. It is not separate encryption, a substitute for securing your device, or a guarantee that app information can never be accessed. You are responsible for protecting your device and passcode.

Your Data

Habit Tracker works without an account and stores its current app records locally. You control the information you enter and the actions you take to write, share, export, or delete it. See the Privacy Policy for details about local storage and system integrations.

Exports, Sharing, And Accountability

JSON exports and accountability messages can contain sensitive information. You are responsible for checking their contents, choosing appropriate recipients and services, protecting shared files, and deleting external copies when needed. Once information leaves Habit Tracker through an action you choose, the recipient or destination controls that copy.

Only enter, store, or share information that you have the right to use. Do not use accountability features to harass, threaten, mislead, or violate another person's rights.

Training Pack In Version 1.0

The Training Pack is not sold or available for purchase in Habit Tracker 1.0. Records from an earlier beta are retained locally and included in JSON exports only for upgrade safety; they do not promise future availability or functionality.

Availability And Changes

Habit Tracker may change over time. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed. The app may not be error-free or available on every device, operating-system version, language, or region.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or changes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or changed under applicable consumer-protection law.
